Every event is quoted individually. Headcount, distance, timing and add-ons all change the number, so rather than post a price list we’d rather hear what you’re planning and send you something accurate. Usually back to you within a day.

Questions, answered

What does it cost?
It depends on headcount, how far we’re travelling, whether you want staff on site, and what you add. Tell us about your event through the form and we’ll send package options and pricing, usually the same day.
How far ahead should I book?
As a rough guide, two weeks for smaller events and a month for the bigger ones — the large packages take more prep and more hands on the day. That said, ask anyway. We’ve pulled off shorter notice plenty of times and we’d rather hear from you than have you assume it’s too late.
What if my headcount changes?
Let us know as soon as you can and we’ll move you up or down a package. The sizes are a starting point, not a trap.
Do you deliver outside Toledo?
Yes, and further than people expect. Tell us where you are when you get in touch and we’ll include it in the quote.
Can we pick the flavors?
Yes, and you should. Each package includes a set number of flavors and you choose them. Not sure? We’ll suggest a mix that suits your crowd.
What about dietary restrictions?
Mention it when you get in touch. We’ll walk you through what’s in everything and what we can adjust — that goes for the protein balls especially.
What does setup actually involve?
We arrive early, set the table, put out signage, cups and straws, and make sure the first drink is poured before guests arrive. Then we clear our gear at the end.
